Personal training should be exactly that - personal. And yet, far too many coaches hand out cookie cutter programs and generalised advice to their clients. My method involves understanding where you’d like to be, but also having a clear picture of exactly where you’re at right now and what particular barriers you’re facing, in terms of your level of gym experience, your confidence, your stress levels, etc.
Many of my clients come to me knowing “what to do” but lacking the “how”. That’s where I come in. I’ll equip you with the strategy and the tools you need to get to where you want to be. I want to make this the last time you get in shape, the last time you start a new diet.
