Personal training should be just that — personal.
Too many coaches hand out cookie-cutter programs and generic advice. My approach is different: I want to understand where you want to go, but also where you are right now. That means taking into account your training experience, confidence, lifestyle, energy levels, and any barriers standing in the way.
A lot of people I work with already know the “what” — lift weights, move more, eat well. But they struggle with the “how.” That’s where I come in. I’ll give you a clear strategy, the tools to follow it, and the support to keep going when life inevitably gets in the way.
My goal? To help you build a way of training that actually lasts — so you stop starting over, and finally feel strong, capable, and confident in (and out of) the gym.
