I help people become healthier and happier versions of themselves, through 1-on-1 fitness and nutrition coaching.
Exercise is all too often seen as a chore, or just as something you do if you want to change your body. But it has so, so much more to offer. As a personal trainer, I love opening people's eyes to how incredibly empowering it is to get stronger.
The best bit about my job is seeing my clients grow in confidence as they get stronger and fitter. This confidence is something they can harness in all aspects of their life outside of the gym, too.
