I’m completely new to training. Is that OK?

Absolutely. I work with a wide range of clients, from complete newbies to experienced gym goers. Your workout program will be completely tailored to you, and I’ll be there to provide you with as much support (and cheerleading!) as you need

Do you offer nutritional support as well?

Yes. Lifestyle and nutrition guidance is part of the package

Is online or in person better for me?

If you’re not sure which option is right for you, the best thing to do is for us to hop on a call and chat about your fitness experience and your goals. Most of my clients actually do a little bit of both - online coaching, with the occasional in person session to get some face-to-face time and delve into technique a bit more.

I’m pregnant / have had a baby recently. Can I still train

And YES, absolutely. Unless otherwise instructed by your healthcare provider, working out is a fantastic thing to do for your body to stay strong and fit both before, during and after your pregnancy.
