Personalised workout programme

In your initial consultation, we’ll discuss exactly what your goals are, and set out a roadmap to achieve them together. I’ll put together a personalised programme for you based on the equipment you have access to (whether you’re working out at a gym or in your living room), the time you can dedicate each week to training, your level of experience, your injury history, etc.

This is all delivered via an app, which I will provide you with access to after signing up.

Weekly check ins

Every week, I will ask you to “check in”. This will allow me to understand how you’re getting on with your workouts and whether any adjustments need to be made to your current program. It also allows me to highlight and celebrate your wins, help you get over any setbacks, and plan for any upcoming “life stuff” so that you can stay on track no matter what.

Monthly in-person coaching session

Once a month, we’ll train together in person. This will allow us to have a face-to-face catch up, delve into your technique a little deeper, address any form questions you have, and so on. This is also a great opportunity to go over new exercises that appear in a new training block, to make sure that you have the confidence to go and smash your training sessions by yourself.

Nutrition guidance

Whatever your goal is, your nutrition has a really important part to play in your recovery process. I’ll set nutritional targets for you that will help you to feel and perform at your best
